These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at rippre.com (the "Site"), operated by Rippre Holdings LLC ("Rippre", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site is an informational website describing Rippre and the products it is building. The Site does not provide any service, does not create user accounts, and does not process payments. Use of any Rippre product — such as Pocket-CFO, NAVdryx, Roots Costa Rica, or a title in the Portable Pocket Series — is governed by that product's own terms, presented where the product is offered, not by these Terms.
2. No professional advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, accounting, tax, investment, legal, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or financial product. Descriptions of software that processes financial information describe software capabilities, not professional services. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on any information found here.
3. Product information and forward-looking statements
The Site describes products that are in development, in limited release, or planned. Statements about availability, timing (for example, "Launching 2026"), features, status, or pricing are forward-looking, are provided for information only, may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice, and do not create any commitment, offer, or warranty by Rippre.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
